Terms of use of the website of the Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation "UNILEX"

- General provisions
- These Terms of Use of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) determine the procedure for using the website of the Charitable Organization “UNILEX Charitable Foundation” (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) by Users, located at http://unilex.org.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
- By using the Site, the User (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "You") confirms that he/she has read these Terms and accepts them in full and without reservation. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these Terms, please discontinue using the Site.
- The Foundation reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon their publication on the website. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms.
- Purpose and content of the site
- The site is designed to provide assistance to citizens, military, medical institutions, institutions, and organizations that need humanitarian, household, security, and medical support, as well as support for innovative projects in environmental protection and firefighting, as well as informing the public about the Foundation's activities.
- Use of the site and content
- The site is intended for familiarization with the activities of the Foundation, participation in charitable programs, and interaction with individuals in need of assistance.
- All content (texts, photos, videos, logos, design, documents, and other materials) is the subject of copyright of the Foundation or third parties and is protected by the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".
- Any reproduction of materials is permitted only with the written consent of the Foundation or in cases expressly provided for by law.
- Posting content regarding the results of using contributions (photos, reports, stories) is possible only in compliance with ethical norms and legal requirements.
- All data provided by the User through the application form is used solely for the purpose of considering the request for assistance. Filling out the form does not create any legal obligations for the Foundation to provide assistance.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee automatic assistance. All requests are considered individually, in accordance with the Foundation's internal procedures and available resources.
- The Foundation reserves the right not to respond to applications containing false, offensive, or potentially fraudulent information.
- You do not need to create an account or register to use the Site. All features of the Site are open to the public, except for requests for assistance.
- The User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by users in requests or during the provision of assistance.
- The site is not intended for collecting donations or conducting financial transactions. The Foundation is not responsible for any transfers made through third-party services not associated with the specified official details.
- Privacy and personal data
- The processing, collection and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Foundation's Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
- Using the site means consent to the processing of personal data within the specified purposes - implementation of charity programs, information, reporting.
- Disclaimer
- The site is provided "as is": The Foundation does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the site or the accuracy of the information.
- The Foundation is not responsible for any losses that may arise from using the site, including those related to technical failures or data loss.

- Dispute resolution
- All disputes related to the use of the Site are resolved through negotiations, and if this is impossible, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
- Implementation of charitable events
- The Foundation carries out its activities in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations", other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine regulating charity, as well as in accordance with its charter.
- The main goal of the Foundation's charitable activities is to provide humanitarian, household, security, medical and other assistance to citizens, volunteer military formations, hospitals and other beneficiaries during the period of military aggression by the Russian Federation and until its consequences are overcome, as well as support for innovative projects in environmental protection and fire fighting.
- Charitable events, project implementation, and fundraising are carried out openly and transparently in accordance with the requirements of current Ukrainian legislation.
- The Foundation undertakes to inform benefactors and the public about the implementation of charitable activities, the directions of use of the resources involved, and to provide public reports in cases provided for by current legislation.
- All donations and material assets received by the Foundation (including through third-party services) are used exclusively to implement the goals of the Foundation's charitable activities and are not used for any other purposes.
- All donors have the right to receive information about the intended use of their contributions in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
- The Foundation may involve volunteers, partners, and other persons to implement charitable activities in accordance with internal regulations, agreements, and applicable law.
