About the fund
Establishment
The Unilex Charitable Foundation was founded on April 11, 2022 in response to the full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine.
From the first days, our activities were aimed at both supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and at providing medical assistance to the civilian population and military personnel behind the front lines.
Development
Later on, we realized the need to focus our efforts on helping Ukrainians outside the military zone.
Given the scale of the injuries and the number of victims as a result of the war, today the key areas of our work are supporting units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Emergency Service, medical institutions, as well as assistance to military personnel and civilians who need prosthetics or additional medical support.
Our achievements
Since the foundation was established, we have provided assistance worth over 85 million hryvnias, including:
Cars for the needs of our defenders in hot spots
Drones of the Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 PRO type to the Chernihiv community
Modern fire engines of the State Emergency Service, each of which costs more than UAH 5 million
We provided 5 regions of Ukraine with modern burn care beds for the total amount of about UAH 50 million
We help in every region of Ukraine
During this time, almost every regional hospital in Ukraine has received from us medical equipment, furniture, and other means necessary for effective work. In addition, over 150 prosthetics are performed monthly with the assistance of the foundation.
We believe that support beyond the front lines is no less important than help on the front lines. And we are making every effort to ensure that every Ukrainian who needs it has a chance for recovery, comfort, and a decent life.
